sharon maddy patel

Sharon Maddy Patel is an ex pharmaceutical professional, mum of two girls and is now pursuing her dream of starting up a business. Sharon spent 11 years working in the pharmaceutical industry in various sales and project management roles. She completed her MBA whilst having her first daughter and went back to work briefly before her second daughter was born.  Since then she has turned her back on the corporate world and has spent time figuring it all out. With the help of 'Escape the City Startup tribe’ back in April 2015, she has slowly been working on her ‘Project Shoe’.  Sharon's passion was born from a once owned and well loved pair of shoes. These shoes made people stop in the street and caught the attention of passengers on business flights. You might be thinking it was something outlandish, garish, but no, it was simple. Simple, elegant and classic... And that is where Sharon starts her journey...
