Shilpika Gautam is an India born, global living, world record breaking adventurer for purpose. She holds an engineering degree in Computer Science, a masters in Business and is an ambassador for WaterAid. In January 2017 Shilpika broke multiple world records & became the first ever person to stand up paddle the river Ganges in India - she undertook this 101 days, 3000 km expedition to empower awareness and advocacy for cleaner water, via adventure. Prior to the Ganges adventure, Shilpika became the first woman to stand up paddle the longest river in the British Isles, the river Shannon, in Ireland, source to sea. Most recently she undertook the world’s first stand up paddle of the technically-dead river Yamuna, right next to the Taj Mahal in Agra, India. Shilpika is an internationally published writer and a feisty, engaging public speaker. She is the subject of multiple television documentaries - her series on Discovery Channel India reaches over 100 million people daily. Federica Ferro is a northern italian soul who has always loved to Dream Big! At a young age she left Mollia, a beautiful mountain village on the Alps, to globe-trott, experiencing the attraction and excitement of city-life, culture and social platforms. She studied in Milan and later moved to Paris and New York, spending over a decade abroad, working in the fashion and photography industries. Looking to reconnect with nature and in search for a profession that would give her a bigger sense of purpose, Federica took a sabbatical year in Ibiza in 2011, where she also met the love of her life! In 2012 she moved to London where she currently lives with her husband and two children. In 2014 she founded The Dream Corner and Smash The Mirror, a movement to empower people through self-love and self-acceptance. Federica is a certified Breath Coach at Rebirthing International and is committed to keeping on Dreaming Big and inspiring others to make their dreams come true by increasing their awareness and sharing the transformative power of the Breath.

Cat Turner is the Founder of Cat & Belle – a lifestyle brand developing easy-chic, versatile summer dresses for women who enjoy sunny escapes all year round. Cat’s half French, half British background, and international childhood spent living in Belgium and Spain, gave her a first taste of travel and adventure. Blazing her own trail though, she has passionately explored new parts of the world every year – including a solo round the world trip, sky diving in Australia and swimming with wild dolphins in New Zealand - and has lived and worked in Singapore, Paris, Barcelona and Montreal. Not one to be scared of a challenge Cat has, since her degree at Oxford University, achieved results across five very different industry sectors. In a career spanning over 20 years, amongst other things, she has developed fast moving consumer goods brands, created a million dollar revenue generating department for a finance company and launched a five-floored venue combining food, beverage and entertainment in Singapore. Cat is a firm advocate of proactively directing your own path in life; choosing what you want to do and making dreams happen instead of following convention or the easy path. Her latest and most exciting adventure is with Cat & Belle…creating an exciting brand ethically made in London but with a globe-trotting heart…developing the perfect summer dress collection for that ultimate relaxed, style “from beach to bar” made with high quality, natural fibre fabrics from Europe and an eye on sustainability.

Yasmin Choudhury is a British Muslim and a start up social entrepreneur. She is also a survivor of domestic honour abuse. Yasmin is a single mother who has now emerged from having battled bouts of abuse, poverty and homelessness to spearhead the funding and launch of Lovedesh, a new British luxury brand – with a heart. A passionate advocate for women’s rights and poverty alleviation, she grew up in SW London in the 1970s. As a young girl, she lived above a curry house and was hugely influenced by her strict orthodox Muslim father, an immigrant who made her take trips to his heritage nation of Bangladesh. In 2016, Yasmin was awarded the Entrepreneur of the year at the British Muslim Awards for her efforts as a lone female social entrepreneur and her solo grassroots research and mentoring of disadvantaged people of Bangladesh. She has often written in The Independent on issues affecting gender inequality and in particular rights of Muslim women. She was awarded joint winner of the Fringe World Travel Market 2014 for Lovedesh – created to smash stigma of developing nations. She also runs a small niche charity, Amcariza Foundation, all in memory of her beloved Bangladeshi father and undertakes much grassroots work in cities and rural villages of Bangladesh, helping to find solutions for marginalised communities. Yasmin is a Fellow of The Royal Society Of Arts. She is London born and bred and graduated from University Of Westminster with a BA Hons in Business Studies. After becoming a mother, she trained as a professional actress – to fulfill her dream to be creative – a chance she never got, growing up.
