little me big business

  • Design Studio at The Curtain 45 Curtain Road London, England, EC2A 3PT United Kingdom (map)

We would like to invite you all to our second event at our new home in London Shoreditch, The Curtain! On October 18th at 7 pm join us for an evening of inspiration and true connections at The Curtain's Design Studio: we will welcome business coach and author Nadia Finer, who will launch her book "Little Me Big Business" and talk to us about her journey, her experience and life lessons with wit and humour. Let's motivate growth in our businesses, ladies!

"I’ve got a little voice.
Really little. Like, 8 years old little.

It has its advantages; I could do voice-overs for cartoons, or work on some kind of dodgy phone sex line; the take-away delivery guys always know it’s me when I ring up; and, of course, I’m awesome at swearing!

But, professionally, it’s been a bit of a problem. Over the years, I’ve been sent off to all kinds of elocution lessons to help me channel my inner Margaret Thatcher and get some gravelly gravitas. Talk about giving a girl a complex.
After years of trying to change it, now was the time to embrace my little voice.
That’s when everything changed in my business.

My little voice doesn’t hold me back from helping my clients. It connects me with my clients. I understand what it’s like to battle those nagging self-doubts. And I also know how to overcome them.

Now I help entrepreneurs grow their service-based businesses by playing big.
Running a Big Business is about embracing every aspect of yourself (the bits you love and the bits you don’t) and using those to connect yourself emotionally with your work.

Not sure you’ve got the confidence for that? Let me share a secret with you that I learned from the inspirational women I interviewed for my book. Confidence isn’t something you have. It’s something you do. Practice it every day and you will feel more confident. You will be more confident. And I’m here to help you do that."
